Marcela Luna is an enthusiastic designer with over 15 years of experience passionate about all things related to visual communications, inspired by creative knowledge and innovation, and envisions each design challenge as an opportunity to gain insight into new processes and techniques. Currently, she serves as the graphic designer for the Smithsonian’s Office of Advancement Communications and Marketing team, an in-house editorial and design agency. Her duties include the design and execution of all print and digital fundraising materials for all 21 museums, nine research centers, and the National Zoo, including proposals, case statements, endowment and impact reports, one-pagers, brochures, event collateral including invitations, save-the-dates, programs and menus, presentations, and online digital projects.
